Bucket Truck Liners

Bucket liners are used to help protect the bucket itself and also the operator. These are designed and tested to keep the operator of the bucket truck safe if the boom or the bucket come into contact with energized power lines. No lineman or anyone else should use a bucket truck around power lines without a bucket liner. In most cases it is against regulations to be in a platform of a bucket truck without using a bucket liner. They can also protect the bucket in case something is dropped inside of it or in case a moving chain saw is touched against the top of the bucket.
