This is a W Style crimping die by Greenlee. This die will work in crimping tools with a CJD3BG, CJD30, and CJD3 crimping head. This die will also works in the CJK heads but will require an F020735 adapter.

This die is similar to a Burndy W-O and comes as a set of (2) dies.
