Reliable 16" Hydraulic Hand-Held Chainsaw.

The Reliable REL-CS16 hydraulic chainsaw is the perfect tool for line clearance, right of way, pruning, and tree removal applications. This tool can be used from a bucket truck or from the ground. Most people would hook this saw up to the tool circuit on a bucket truck but it can also be run off any hydraulic power supply as long as the PSI and flow are within specifications.

If you are tired of listening to the noise of a gas-powered chainsaw or tired of mixing gas and adding bar & chain lube all day long then this tool is right for you. This saw is much quieter than standard saws and the bar and chain are oiled with a very small amount of hydraulic oil as you use it. The amount of oil that is used is small enough that you may have to add a very small amount of oil to the hydraulic tank on your truck every month or so.

At around half the weight of gasoline chainsaws> this workhorse boasts more power to the pount, a 16" Cutting capacity, a powerful motor, selector control for Open-and-closed center systems, and a reduced kickback bar and chain.

The chain and bar are adjustable without removing the sprocket cover. The automatic chain oiler can be adjusted without tools. The sprocket cover can be easily removed for saw cleaning.
